Dear, See Not Everything

Dear, see not everything
Upside-down.
Feel fear, sleep,
Anxiety and sorrow
Not yours.
Go not with
Extreme fondness,
Earthly possessions,
And worldly enjoyment.
But stay in joy
By practicing the truth,
Through meditation and
Service, appears poison
Though at the beginning
It is all nectar.
