Serve with hot steamed rice
And ghee,
Ansa - phansachi bhaji.
Take the ingredients;
Pineapple and raw jack-fruit,
Refined oil, mustard seeds,
Dry red chilies,
Water and grated coconut,
And prepare like this;
Heat oil in a pan,
Splutter mustard seeds,
Add pineapple and jack-fruit,
Water and cook,
Extract milk from half of
The grated coconut
And grind the other half
Very fine paste
And chili powder.
Ready now dear,
Take it and enjoy-
Ansa - phassachi bhaji.
