Stone chariot of Hampi
A great monument of Vijayanagara
An emperor ruled over with greatness
Still making such images in mind.
Monuments of ancient and having repute
Ever so great for following generation
A happiest moment and eagerness to know
What transpires in mind about the past.
Big forts, temples, and churches
Ancient ones with architectural marvels
A rich tribute to the great past
Of human history always we can pride..
