when you are keeping calm

in rage
you are burning page
with fingers
inviting more anger
your are not letting anger die
but fly with more angry words
you are exhausting full stamina
giving the way to opponent's agenda
you are worn out
and not about to counter
calmness prevail
as you have completely failed
be in control of sentiments
even if it has hurt
but insert your will power
and get ready to counter
