Capacity to manage
You are the one who judges
And never budges
From stated stand
And understands
The good counsel prevails
And fails
Any attempt
that thwarts success
So failure picks up
And delivers kick
In certain way
But success drives it away
Sp you have learnt
And meant
to be led in assertive manner
That is not pushed for later
You become deciding factor
When act as positive leader
After passing through critical stage
With capacity to manage
