Mind can be put at rest
and controlled at the best
if given positive energy
and sought the blessings from an almighty
it has special quality
to wander unidirectionally
with no break application
this is causing some suffocation
you have sleepless nights
and nothing goes right
you are at loss to think
and find it at pain to put an ink
healthy mind can only guide
and decide
what course is to be taken!
and remain safely driven
harness the energy in such a way
that it doesn't take you away
from the reality on the ground
once this is done you are safely around
