Sad Memory

Even though a sad memory I feel no regret or sorry He is no more among Yet proving us very much wrong He is with me for all the time Before eyes and smiling sometimes Guiding me whenever I am in distress With nice words to keep me out of stress I have spent many decades Even though he was busy in his trade He left us all of sudden and bade Even though his memory is with us and does not fade What were our earlier days? Full of joy and no parting ways We remained together for many years Heard all gossips of happiness and sadness in ears Neither will he loose patience Nor give us any kind of chance He will take care of everything Even though we may disregard or forget something The sky was only our refuge He will hold my hand and never refuse Promise me with new word to carry on Until all doubts were cleared or flown Such was his nature like sky's vastness His beautiful smile will always be reflected on face We may chase him and make to race toward Yet he won't mind for our silly words Some tears rush to my ears As he is gone by years now Every year we celebrate his absence Remember his deeds and very true essence He is there looking at us from the sky I look with appeal and feel shy He is there still to look me with his beautiful eyes My fancy crosses all the boundaries and flies I want him near by but it is not possible The death cycle can never be reversible I see his reflection children's eyes They helplessly side with me and persuade not to cry 'Mom, please don't cry 'my daughter will remind If you do this, he will find it bad gesture and unkind You have promised him to take us to safety So he is not with us as per the wishes of almighty * dedicated to late husband of Lady grace(naidz ladia)
