Okay, I Will Be Your Friend

Instead of falling in and out of love Okay, I decided to be your good friend Not a stubborn lover. I will hold your hand And will wave with you at the doves above. Okay, I will be your friend Yes, I will hold your hand. Instead of losing our friendship I will cease or stop cold the courtship I will become your biggest supporter Not you're your fondest lover. I will be your best friend I will play in your band. Falling out of love is painful The sleepless nights, the heartaches The worries, the tears and the headaches Can be harsh, terrible and brutal.
