The Xray taken showed I had
A large dark shadow on my spleen.
Doc said most likely this was bad,
Some sort of tumor it could mean.
'Oh no, could it be the big 'C'? '
I asked the doctor, he replied,
'Yes, cancer is what it could be.'
'To know we need to look inside.'
I left, but first I asked Doc for
A copy of my Xray so
I'd not be upset anymore
When this dark shadow did not show.
Bad became good news - a flipflop,
Thanks to magic of photoshop.
