A Humble Request(15x14 Sonnet) Because this sonnet has 15 syllables per line and 14 lines in total it is called 15x14 sonnet. 15x14 sonnet has a pattern of 15 syllables i.e anapest metre, in each line which is different from the other usual sonnets Though this sonnet has four stanzas with 2,3,4,5 lines respectively there is no necessity to divide them into stanzas as this poem has a 15x14 format. The rhyme scheme helps very easy to find the stanzas.15x14 sonnet has refrains too Rhyme scheme-aa bba ccca dddaa Refrain pattern: L1 is repeated in L13 L2 is repeated in L5 L9 and L14.
