A Helping Hand

Altın Yaprak
Those summer days are gone for now,
A distant memory,
So pretty as a picture,
So beautiful and green,
The blue skies now replaced by grey,
Those flowers now are gone,
The garden dull and dreary,
But seasons do move on,
So now I have the pleasure,
Of helping nature's call,
For winters fast approaching,
I don't mind at all,
I'll fill the feeders up to the brim,
I'll place them on the trees,
And through the cold harsh winter months,
Such happiness there'll be,
For birds will gather all around
And chirp so eagerly,
I'll cherish those special moments,
With a helping hand from me.
