My Special One

My heart goes on loving you,
My thoughts lie with you too,
That green grass of summer,
Touched by the morning dew.
My life goes on and on,
But I miss your precious smile,
I listen to your favourite tune,
I havn't heard it for a while.
The memories start spinning,
Around in my mind,
You were so special,
Just one of a kind.
And as the day draws to a close,
I remember you,
Like a beautiful rose,
Vibrant like the morning sun,
You were my special one.
