In my thoughts and memories
Nothing there has changed,
I still think of you each night and day,
Grief is oh so strange.
One moment i feel healed, revived
then bang it knocks me back,
I feel so lost without you,
I've wandered off life's track.
I know I'll never see you again,
And my oh my it hurts,
Poetry helps me somehow,
To put down my feelings in words.
