I wish I could write like you
I do not proclaim to be a poetess
Although I contradict myself
I'm here on poemhunter
A platform for poets and poetess'
But I have words in my head
I need them to escape
This is a heaven that allows that
I write as I think, feel and see it
If my simple words bring solace
Then maybe I should carry on?
