Have you ever wondered about your one true love?
I mean…you could have chosen any other…
What was it that drew the two of you together?
How did you find each other?
Perhaps the first time you saw each other
you each saw something more…
Perhaps you're heart already knew
it found what it was looking for.
Perhaps you realized you had so much in common,
that you shared similar points of view
that so many of the things your partner liked,
you found you liked them too.
Is it the way he makes you feel at home?
Or that she hardly has to try….
Or how she knows what make you laugh
Or how he stands by you when you cry….
If all this is true then I have a theory
about what makes two people's love so strong…
You see I don't believe lovers suddenly meet
I think they've known each other all along.
