Baseball Game

Don't sit on that couch,
Get out to a baseball game.
Why do you want to be a grouch,
The life you lead is much too tame.
Get on out in the open air,
And holler at that blind umpire.
Grab a beer and lose your cares,
You know it's your heart's desire.
You might snag a foul ball,
If you're quick upon those toes.
And scream loudly at the umpires call,
And then invoke old Shoeless Joe.
You might even see a ball,
Sent flying way above the fence.
Or a line drive hit the wall,
Just like good old Hunter Pence.
Come out to a ball game,
You'll see larceny galore.
And you'll be so glad you came,
You'll be left begging for more.
