Weeds must serve a purpose
Great clumps of emerald Johnson Grass
Impenetrable as far as I can see.
Yet I must express my admiration somehow
About this annoying weed.
Mosquitoes will hide by the millions within its leaves
And RATS will burrow deep beneath the extensive root ball.
And yet, mosquitoes and RATS
Following the eschewed thinking now prominent on our shores
Must in all probability, be sacred somewhere
So, there you go.
