Okay, Be That As It May

When you write something, I immediately get drawn to it. I get overwhelmed, stirred By the words you write, Which I assume you speak, The words that are a reflection Of your soft, sweet, tender mind. After reading your words, I look for you, your face and Look for the pupils of your eyes. My ears lie in wait, to hear Your soft voice, as soft as The sound of nocturnal dew drops Falling on the inviting blades of grass. I know that's not possible! These two eyes will never see you, These two ears Will never catch your lilting voice! Be that as it may, it's good That you remain unseen, unheard! Your imprints on my mind shall suffice.
