Material Versus Spiritual Expenditure

We for living daily work and earn money, Farmers cultivating land harvest crops, These earnings we distribute in family, For us, for friends and relatives we spend. Gradually these finish and we earn new, Wealth kept by forefathers finishes gradually, Body deteriorates due to aging and we become old, Even our bodies do not last for long and we leave. Time spent for long time earnings we leave, We cannot move taking anything this is true, Still many of us attach mind in material world. They suffer due to attachment and vices. Little of spiritual wealth on much expenditure, Still this grows faster and adds new earnings, As much as we spend this does not finish, Fortunately we earn spiritual wealth. Wings of spiritual earnings spread very far, Unlimited time we give, teach and serve to others, They get benefit and these multiply among them, We gradually gain excellence and this grows.
