People leave one place,
To go to another willfully...
Because the paying to keep,
Pretentions kept...
No longer benefits,
A diversity gone no one detects.
And in other places,
Known for their beauty in the Fall and Spring...
People are attempting to survive...
On monuments and documented memories.
And when pretentions become ignored,
By those who can no longer afford...
A diminished quality of life,
That has been corrupted by greed...
People leave.
Even the ones struggling,
To get on their feet...
Are seen hitchhiking to get away.
No matter who stays captivated,
By the colorful changing Autumn brings...
To the Oak and Maple leaves on trees.
