It does not matter. Or even it to notice. What it takes, To get accomplished. For one doing what they do. With devoted time taken. And sacrifice to do done, Others may or may not... Suspect as nothing. Until that moment comes. Called 'recognition'. Immediately associated, With money. Not discipline to obtain it. Not dedication to have, For what one does to love. But... An ease of life, One has lived to receive. Done without knowing, The effects of negativity. The emotional affects, Of repeated criticisms. And the disrespect, Shown from people... Who take for granted, Someone else... Expressing interests in them. And... Then, Assisting them in the hope... What is shared is appreciated! Instead... Of 'assuming', Someone on a road... Making steps made forward, To accomplish... Their own success. Would take time to spend it, Helping another... Achieve for themselves, A feeling... That someone else cares. 'People helping others, For no reason? Are seeking attention, For themselves to get! ' I use to hear that too! 'And what then did you do? ' Showed them my thoughts, Were all about me. To keep that way and focused, On my own success! 'But... Wasn't that a selfish thing, For you to do? ' It sure was. And I love every moment of it! Hey... I discovered, Tolerating to prove... Someone else, Can aggravate me better... Than I can aggravate myself. There has to be, A mental adjustment made. I made it! Only to feel a guilt, I had not done it earlier.
