Altın Yaprak
Showering us the raindrops after a storm
The wind rustles through the leaves
When the sun comes out
I go beneath them for protection
Autumn sadden me as they die
For another year
And the desolation of winter has
Made me melancholy
Until spring quakes them from their sleep
Watching them bud into the scent of hope
Then, summer comes, and they sway in the wind
But ends once more in the cycle of life
