Would I be somebody else,
And not who I am,
Like a famous musician,
And play a guitar?
May be a star in the movies and
Make lots of money,
No matter the role,
Could be serious or funny.
Perhaps sports is what
I would choose,
Play it so great that
I would never loose.
A world famous lawyer;
Every lead I would trace,
To get the innocent off and
Win every case.
All of these I could be,
And so many more,
But I am already somebody,
That is for sure.
Made my own place,
Winning, or losing at........
At my own pace.
If to myself, family, and
Others I am true,
I should be content,
Just try being me…….. Myself.
