I went for a little stroll
It was just the other day
My life felt pretty peaceful
As I went along my way.
The snow adorned the winter
As I snuggled in my wrap
Geese were by a frozen pond
Stayed right where they were at.
An icy day it was indeed
But good for a fresh-air walk
Grass and shrubs were encased
Yes, every single stock.
The park bench was layered
With a crusty snowy top
The sky looked gray and eerie
Like the snow would never stop.
But after all it's winter, folks
It rarely takes a toll
So when you get this kind of day
Just take a wintry stroll!
