Bring Back Spring!

Oh no! When did it happen? Although we knew it wouldn’t last ‘Cause summer is almost over A change has now been cast We waited and we waited And finally bad weather went We had spring and all its glory Nature’s finest then was sent Summer seem to go by in a flash As we’ve already arrived at the end And we know exactly now What Mother Nature will send Windy chill and coldness A sky that’s filled with storms I know, you say that always comes And that too is the norm But I wish we could start over That the birds would happily sing Because of the new beginning Oh please... bring back spring!
