Let Us Say A Prayer

I've been thinking about how lucky I am every single day When I watch the news on TV There is so much that I could say. I have a home and all of my "stuff" How lucky life is for me My loved ones are safe, thank you God What a nightmare my life could be. For I am one of the lucky ones I thank You God every day Perhaps the right place at the right time I bow my head and I pray. "Please God look after those in need Who have lost all that they had Who lost those they love so much I can't imagine it could be that bad. Please find a place inside themselves To get through the pain in their heart Find the strength to continue to fight So they can make a brand new start." Let's all say a prayer for those in need No matter where in the world they live Help them too whatever we can do For we all have something to give.
