Our Cherished Veterans

We gathered our heroes once again At Spanish Cove is where they live They’re our friends as well as patriots They’ve always had so much to give So proud we are to know them I wish you could know them too For they fought, my friends, for me And they fought just as hard for you If they could turn back the clocks There’s nothing they would change They left behind their families As their lives were rearranged We salute you today and every day Husbands, wives, daughters and sons We love every single one of you You are our cherished veterans And to everyone who fight today Our prayers go out to you too Our young men and women in uniform We send out all our love to you!
