When the guys are little They play with Tonka toys Rough and tumble husky things Yes, they’re made for little boys Diggin’ in the dirt is what Truly makes them a boy Face all grimy and hands are too It’s what those kids enjoy We think they’re pretty cute These little miniature men And then they grow up, of course We look back on where they’ve been But as a grown up man it’s sexy They are rough and tumble still As we watch the huge equipment Climbing up a red-dirt hill They’ve got that hard-hat on Movin’ rock and dirt and such What would we do without them? For we need their talent very much So yes, they start when they’re babies Playing with those miniature toys It teaches them to become good men And no longer little boys!
