The Miracle Of Growing Up

Do you ever stop to wonder How we ever grew up at all? We have so many accidents So many times we fall From up on a lofty roof top Or out of a tree extremely high It’s amazing we become adults I have often ask myself why Kids take so many chances They think their strong as steel They never take into account Just how a fall would actually feel Farm accidents are prevalent For teens especially they are rampant Never once stopping to realize Just what COULD really happen I guess we can deem ourselves lucky If we get to reach old age And we wonder if kids and grandkids Will ever get to this stage!
