Shoes' Sizes

I don't understand why People choose their pairs of shoes Either suitable or very tight... Usually when we buy our pairs of shoes, We must have their suitable sizes anytime... Some people choose to be different even In their pairs of shoes' sizes Simply because either they enjoy this or They have have something else in their minds... Sizes might mean something, but we don't exactly The real essence of that something anytime... It's weird to be interested in people's choices Rather to be interested in something better...
