Delivered Into Serenity

Life has been tough for me, it is so. Things don’t go the way I want it to. I feel the anger boiling so much That all hell within is let loose as such. What I’ am feeling is so much sore. The feeling that makes me, take no more. So mad, things aren’t going my way. Then I decided to stop, and pray, To look inwards to God, Whose Grace affords Me with much love I pray with these words … “Father, with Your Most Divine Glory, Bestow in me the serenity That will bring heaven within my soul To I take what I cannot control. Bestow in me the courage, so great To control what I can with much faith. Bestow in me the wisdom to know The difference so purified to show”. Now I feel so much better in me That all surrounding me, peace I see.
