MADE FOR EACH OTHER Poem by DPN While struggling between the jaws of law for divorce And gasping to hold on the dying honor The palace of faith and fidelity you built Has collapsed like a castle of cards in storm Made for each other you once made a heaven on earth Like a colorful feather she floated and landed on the tight strings To play melodies unheard unto that day By the magic of which you rose to heavenly heights Where she disappeared into the galaxy like a shooting star You remained a shepherd who lost his sheep in the dense forest Your vows of commitments turned meaningless Your passion for each other turned hypocritical The single heart with which you lived hitherto Though divided now has no pain nor bleeding Let not the hearts of your kids be divided like earthly possessions Let not high walls be built in their minds for you to hide behind
