Electronic chirps in monotoned resilience,
Subliminal hum of the twinkling light;
Or paradigm's implied consilliance,
Crickets of a technological blight.
Crisscrossed lasers guarding the world;
Encoded strata of binary tongues,
Translating algorithms into Perl-
Are we to them, just so much dung?
Bionic domes to house our kind,
When the world gives up its ghost;
Will we be slave, when they are master
And what of us; once known as host?
