I am the *Purusha* (Cosmic Male) , you are *Prakriti* (Nature/Cosmic Female) ;
Yet, what is this distinction?
I am *Prakriti*, you are *Purusha*;
Who, then, is the Creator of the cosmos?
*Prakriti* has enfolded *Purusha*
Within the embrace of her bosom's armor;
She instills the desire for creation,
Constantly bringing forth the flow of life.
The eloquent stream of life
Flows ceaselessly from an eternal source;
That is why I love that woman—
She who ever seeks the rising tide of love.
