When next year does arrive I hope my relatives and friends will survive, And when we start that New Year I hope there is no sadness, greed or fear. I hope not to become a vegetable grower We were promised our groceries would be lower, We were promised a dozen eggs to be a dollar From excitement I want to scream and holler. We were also promised gas to be 2 dollars a gallon No longer will I have to ride my bike or my stallion, Our gas will be less than 2 bucks I then won't go bankrupt filling up my trucks. Also exciting to my assurance There will be a 50% decrease in Car Insurance, Landlords will finally reduce their rent More money for me to keep and less spent. Home prices was promised also to go down I now can afford a better house in my town, I know that many will be excited to own No more a renter or tenant will someone moan. Taxes will be removed on Social Security It's already been paid by both you and me, No more fret or worry of it being done away with I was promised by him those stories were a myth. No more taxes on tips on overtime We all know that is a greedy crime, Now we will have more money in our wallet to spend To which we can hold and keep like a dear old friend. As if a prayer was answered by our Lord God in heaven The end of the Ukraine war will end on January 11, Also the end of the conflict in Israel as well He also made a promised on that tale. Lower taxes for families making under $200,000 or less I am excited as I must confess, Keeping his word and oath unto God I have prayed Those are the promises that we voted for that he made.
