I Saved You

When the day comes and Jesus I do meet I will fall on my knees and I will kiss his feet, I'll be the happiest that I have ever been Because, I'll be with the Lord and they'll be no sin. Again I will be with my family and my loved ones And not with liars, cheaters, or users or cons, I will be with the ones who hated sin as much as I did And no more from hurt or pain will I close an eyelid. I know that I'll want to ask the Lord many questions And he will know and remember all of my confessions, He will know of my past, and of all my pain And how the many times it fell on me like the rain. I know that every time through suffering that I had prayed With me the Lord Jesus had stayed, I know all the many times the Lord told me what road to take And many times stupidly, his directions I did forsake. Instead of ending up with happiness and a friend I always ended up at a dead end, But, when I listened and followed the Lord's road Great happiness and joy in my heart and soul was sowed. When I am speaking to my Lord and savior Jesus Christ When I am standing with him in utter paradise, Him knowing I was married twice and I had no girlfriend at all And the many times in prayer for a girlfriend, I did call. The Lord will know of all the devils that I had met And all the things that I had done in both sin and regret, And how I wished I could had turned back time Sinfully against my soul and teaching I committed a crime. This worried question to the Lord I will shamefully ask Pertaining to my heart and the desires that I had in the past, "Lord", I will say, "Why was I single and also alone too" I know Jesus will say unto me, "you're single, because I saved you".
