I'm Only 32

I'll enter into the ring just one more time Because, no longer I'm I in my prime, Now I am older and tired and black and blue Now I am only 32. I've been boxing since I was a young lad All because of my dad, He showed and inspired me what to do Now I am only 32. I've been trained and taught in the gym Greatest coach there was Tim, He showed me the expertise that only he knew Now I am only 32. I have both won and lost when I have fought When for a trophy I had desperately sought, I have bled and cried with every punch I threw Now I am only 32. I have many amateur fights underneath my belt Turning pro was the final result, Into a true boxer I finally grew Now I am only 32. I have fought for many, many years I have bled and smiled and shed many tears, Now as I finally unlace my shoe Now I am only 32. One last time will I hear the bell ring One last time will "fight" unto me will it sing, When I leave the the ring I'll be through And I'm only 32. Randy L. McClave
