I'm To Young

I'm not old enough to drink Or to smoke or chew don't you think, I'm not old enough to want to kill And I am to young to see it as a thrill. I'm born either a girl or a boy And I'm not an object and experiment or a toy, And I'm also to young to swear or cuss Or with world problems I'm to young to discuss. I'm too young to work a full time job And I don't wanna learn to steal or rob, I'm to young to drive a car for fun And I'm way to young to want or to own a gun. I am to young to judge or to hate And I'm to young to intimidate, I am to young to read the Bible or any book But, at pictures I enjoy to look. I'm too young to be a racist To young to know or understand why I exist, I'm also to young to be killed Because, someone else needs to be healed. I'm to young to wear a gown or makeup Or to wear a push-up cup, I'm to young to dress like a woman don't you believe Childhood is what I want to first achieve. I am to young to be a bully That's a fact which I know truly, I don't want to learn to torment either he or she I just wanna be me. I'm old enough just to be a child That is how I was created and styled, So, before I'm adult and full grown How about, I be a child and you leave me alone? Randy L. McClave
