It Is Spring

It is spring My heart again does sing, A wonderful time of the year Fills my soul with cheer. I woken with a want and a desire That filled my soul with a need and a fire With a new smile I now wear on my face Now I need a love to embrace. My heart is now beating fast As I put behind me my past, I am now looking for my tomorrow With someone else's fondness I need to borrow. I am so excited for this day to begin As I look for the place and the when? I was different than I was last night My belief now shines bright. When I woke up this morning I wasn't sad or depressed or mourning, I'm now different than what I once was As I now search for a true love. Randy L. McClave
