Just Remember

Remember, before you swear or cuss They're angels that are walking amongst us, So, when you see that stranger on the street Always with a smile greet. When you see the hungry begging for food Help them as you really should, Don't give out excuses or even lies Because, in truth they might be angels in disguise. Maybe that might be an Angel over there And God sent them there because of a prayer, He might be wearing the clothes of a hobo And that fact you will never know. So, before you are mean or rude to that person Before you start your ridiculing or your cursin', Before you tell them to get a job or to get a life Think first of their strife. What if that person was your brother or your sister Would them you harm or blister Or what if that was your son or your daughter And you remember how you raise and taught him or her. So, always think on how you see or treat others They all have fathers and mothers. And when you see that stranger Remember, only your soul might be in danger. Randy L. McClave
