Life is measured by consequences and deeds How one lived their life and helped those in need By the journeys taken and the dreams we did seek And not accepting sin or temptation when the soul was weak Life always begins here and it ends way over there It starts with a birth and always ends with a prayer Loved ones will remember with a kindness and care As sinners and the unrighteous will be remembered with a stare Life is learning every day as we get older To say no to temptation and yes to truth as we get bolder In life our journey must be truthful and straight forward Not a life of lying and cheating and looking over ones shoulder.
