Our Date

I told her at eight To be ready for our dinner date, And do not hesitate And please, please do not be late. I told her that the day before Before, she had went to the store, So, she'd be prepared on what to be wore For our date before she left her door. So, early the very next day About 7: 00am on a Saturday, She called waking me up early to say She'll be ready ay eight in every way. Her day for her then just began… For our dinner date I did plan, She first showered and shaved and then got a tan To impress me, her man. She then bought herself new clothes to wear Then she went to the salon for her hair, Her toenails and fingernails were painted with care For me! her beauty she wanted to share. She then put on the finest perfume Which fragrance would bring delight to any room, Lucky me all knowingly will presume Elegance all will assume. She was then ready for our date night Her soul was full of delight, She spent the whole day preparing to excite She was lovely in anyone's sight. It was now around 7: 30pm or so It was now time for me to pick her up and go, So, I quickly took a shower from head to toe Now I'm ready for dinner and the show. Randy L. McClave
