Spoke The Rook

Said the Rook unto the Pawn I am no better than you or anyone, I am just a piece in the game And you are the same. We sit upon the battlefield the board We are placed there to protect our lord, Pride and strength into us was seeded Each one of us are important, and needed. Your moves are different than mine But, that was our creator's design, We neither one was created to cheat or sin But, to strategize and then to win. There is also the Bishop and the King and Queen And with me and you we all number sixteen, With my belief and my creator's decree; There is no one who is better than me. Randy L. McClave
