I woke up this morning
With tears in my eyes
Are they for someone else
Or is it for myself I cry
I really can't explain
Why my tears are falling
Maybe I just need
A complete overhauling
Maybe my mind needs
A little time to rest
Maybe my heart needs
To seek a new quest
Sometimes life it seems
Just hits a dead end
We do some things
We did not intend
So maybe a vacation
Is just what I need
I do believe that with a rest
With my life I will proceed
