I've forgotten all the people
That I've hurt along the way
If I had the chance right now
I don't know what I would say
I also know that in life
There are those I disappointed
It seems that this life I live
At times seems so disjointed
Sometimes we're only thinking
Of no one but ourselves
Keeping things I feel inside
Like books upon a shelf
I know that I may need to change
But it's not as easy as it may seem
Because most people roll through life
Like the running of a stream
I'm sorry for the people I hurt
As that was never my intention
But I live life on my own terms
Without any apprehension
It's seems as I've walked through life
Few have cared about my feelings
That's why I live the way I do
Never being very revealing
Some may disagree with this
They're welcome to if they choose
But please always remember
You don't know someone
Until you've walked in their shoes
