If I were a mermaid
Would dive into the deep sea
To get a glimpse of the amazing world
The beauty that lurks under the sea.
Diving to the dazzling corals
And colourful sea anemones
Beautiful sea slugs are around
The paradise very few saw.
Sea shells are the bed to sleep
Sea horses to sing lullabies
Glowing light from flashing fish
And cherubs and angelfish to guard.
Ocean filled with love and joy
None to intrude in dreams
Dreaming a dream of my heart
wish it would come true.
