Prana is not mere air,
Nor is it a sheer breath.
It is much more,
More than what you breathe.
Prana causes you to breathe.
Prana is in your motion,
That causes you to breathe.
It pushes you to exhale
And pulls you to inhale.
Watch it, train it, be its raja.[king]
Mastering prana is Raja Yoga.
It gives you an insight to your soul.
