Things you do are influenced by your thoughts.
The thoughts you employ are influenced by Time.
Momentary decisions overrule
The decided or rational actions.
When you come across beggars on the way
Sometimes you give and sometimes you don't give.
To some you give and to some you overstep.
This is the time influencing action.
