Efforts earn money; money brings comforts.
Comforts fetch happiness, which is the end.
Efforts, money and comforts are the means.
Happiness is the ultimate end.
Means are of instrumental value and
The end carries intrinsic value.
Instrumental value must be designed
So as to justify intrinsic value.
