Watching another Judge sitting on his pedestaled seat, smiling and joking with his court aide - nonchalantly passing judgement on those in his courtroom.
Obviously taking all violations of law lightly - seeming to treat everything as a joke - especially fear in everyone's eyes of going to jail.
